Dirty And Discoloured Items
I ordered this product before and loved it. I then reordered two of the same item once it ran out and was incredibly disappointed. They came yellow and looked dirty, potentially mouldy. I contacted customer service and explained that BOTH were faulty… after months I got a replacement from a different batch sent after having to contact them again. I was told the first replacement got lost in the post which was fine. “Kyle” was very nice and helpful. However, I was only sent ONE to replace TWO faulty items and the “new” one is also yellow… AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Review: Lottie London Nail Polish Prom Night
I love nail polish, I have a whole draw full of them and in all different shades but there is something about a classic Red Cherry shade that I just love! I can wear it all year round and it just brightens my mood, making me happier when Im feeling a bit blurgh!
I discovered Lottie London when Id quickly popped into Superdrug for some toothpaste . Im always intrigued by new make up brands and happy to try out new products. This beautiful Cherry shade Prom Night, just jumped out at me, very pretty! Lottie London call it a dark pink which is it but to me quite a red-pink.
On the nails it looks exactly how I wanted it to, the perfect Red Cherry shade. The consistency is ideal, not too thin and streaky and not too heavy. I applied a base coat under the polish and finished off with a top coat of Seche Vite and was very impressed as it lasted a good few days before chipping. Im tempted to go back and try out more shadesIm gonna have to make room in that nail polish drawer!

Says On The App You Get A Free Product
Says on the app you get a free product with every order and tells you to add it to basket to redeem it…it then charges you for it!! It also says you can get 10% off your 1st order which also didnt work on my order. So not a great start!! I then try and place my order but it doesnt let me just keeps taking me to the shopping page. So i try online instead of on the app and the order goes through no free gift and no 10% off Fake news to get you to buy disgusting!

Avoid Purchasing From Them
Avoid purchasing from them, I like their products but their customer service is a shambles and they dont know how to run a business. Get the products from asos or Superdrug if you want them, dont waste your time directly. I ordered a preorder and another item that was already in stock, this was on 21st February. No replies to any of my emails etc, today they have decided to remove my preorder item, they still havent delivered or even posted my other item – it is now 22nd March. Terrible company, would never recommend.

Brilliant value for money!!I ordered a £150 for just £30 they stated a longer wait for delivery and they emailed once dispatched and i was able to see when it was being delivered.People have statex it just comes in a cardboard box which isnt an issue as it didnt say it was comming in a gifr box.They also tell you they are doing their bit for plastic so no longer use it the ones they do still have it on are widely recyclable plus you get 15% off your next purchase!!Cant wait to try them out dont think ill be gifting them

Lottie London Nail Polish Review + Notd

So first off, just by looking at the bottle, I really love this colour. It is a great neutral colour that will go with almost any outfit and I feel the same about the dusty pink colour I got called Hit Refresh. The packaging is really cute and simple, and the bottle is quite big so you get quite a lot of product for your money . I have used this colour quite a lot over the last two months and there isnt even a quarter of the product gone.
When applying this product, I noticed a negative aspect about it pretty quickly. Two coats definitely didnt match the colour that you see on the bottle and I end up having to apply about five coats to get the right pigmentation for it to match the bottle. This makes applying this product pretty time-consuming because you need to apply the product and then wait for it to dry four or five times before your nails are done, and that is without applying a base or top coat.
After applying the product, I noticed that the lasting power it has is pretty average for the price. It did chip fairly often especially when I was a work, but it could last a day or three at home without chipping. Since these nail polishes are only 5.35, I didnt expect them to go weeks without chipping, although, if you use the gel effect nail polish on top, it does lengthen the amount time you can wear it without chipping.
