BEVERLY NAILS SPA will comply with all requirements required by the CDC, The State of North Carolina and local authorities for the safety of our Employees and Clients. Consequently, we set forth the following rules and regulations regarding your appearance at our Salon:
You must sanitize your hands upon your arrival before you sign in and look at nail swatches.
You must sign the consent form before service.
Try not to touch your phone during your time in our salon.
You will be required to wear a MASK and thoroughly WASH your hands for a minimum of 20 seconds as recommended by the CDC. Our staff will also wash or disinfect their hands before serving for each new client.
If you are sick or are not feeling well, please stay home and reschedule for your appointment with us. If a client is obvious not well when appearing at our store for an appointment, we reserve the right to deny service.
You will be required to leave guests and family members outside.
We will require you to practice Social Distancing within the confines of the store
You will be required to read this form before we serve you.
If you refuse to obey or to comply with these rules and regulations, you will not be served by our staff and you will be asked to leave.
We regret to set forth these new procedures, but the safety of our staff and clients is the most importance to us. We look forward to the day when these rules are no longer necessary.

Appointments must be booked online.
Im not accepting walk-ins.
You may pre-book your next appointment in the salon and or online. Books open 30 days in advance and all availability is listed online.
I do not provide any services for children under the age of 16 years old .
Due to COVID-19 everyone must wear a cloth face mask inside the salon.
No extra guests are allowed unless accompanying a minor receiving services. No children allowed at all.
Please come with bare nails or book gel removal.
There will be a mandatory charge for gel polish/gelx removal if needed. If you have existing Gelx we may have to change your appointment depending on my availability that day. You will still be responsible for the booked service balance. I do not offer Powder Gel, Dip, Hard gel or Acrylic and I don’t remove it .
You will be charged a 25% deposit to book each appointment.
This deposit goes toward your service and is subtracted from your
final balance.
All appointments must be cancelled online by you 48 hrs hours in advance or you will lose your deposit.
You are allowed to change your booking up to 48 hours in advance. You are required to pay for all
services booked and cannot change to less last minute. Removal is the only exception.
If you book with me you are agreeing to all my rules and wont be able to dispute this
agreement in the future.
