This is my 4th time visiting Gervais Nails, and while Ive been impressed every time this time was exceptional. I came in later than I would have liked, but Tina still took her time and did an amazing job on my pedicure and especially my manicure. Getting my nails done is a rare treat for me, so Im super grateful they did such a good job.
This place is so amazing! Diana is a perfectionist and it pays off, my nails are always perfect. One time my nail broke and they fit me in right away to have it fixed no problem. Niki is the best person in Columbia to get designs with. I would never go anywhere else.
They are always busy but hardly any wait being they are well staffed, probably at least over 15 technicians. Very happy with their service the times Ive been there either by myself or with family, friendsclean, professional, courteous service. Always leave satisfied and often with a parting gift. I am from out of town for work. It was my week to have my nails done so I got on Google and looked for good reviews close to my hotel! Id say I made a great decision! The check in process was great, easy & different! Not sure of my pedicure guys name but he was very friendly, talkative & was very outgoing! Emily, I think her name was, did my SNS manicure & she was phenomenal! My nails have never looked so good! She also mentioned I get my nails done regularly so I treat my customers & do to their nails how I like mine to be done which is great! There was a long wait but that was understandable since they were very busy and I didnt have an appointment. I had Tonny do my nails and he did an amazing job. The workers here really pay attention to detail. Ive had my nails done here many times by different nail artist and loved it every time. It can be pricey but highly recommend if you want your nails done right. They can do anything you want.
I have been coming here since they opened 4 years ago. They are the best nail salon in Columbia! They treat all of their customers like VIPs, whether it’s their first visit or 100th. I recommend POSH II to everyone I know! I usually request Ann or Francis for my services – love their work!
I am so happy I found Ben and Wendy again. Ben was my nail tech at Posh off Killian Rd in NE Columbia, and Wendy was my 7yr old daughters tech. After discovering they both had left, I was very disappointed, only not knowing where they had gone to. I tried to continue going to Posh, but it just wasnt the same with the tech I was given. One day I did a Google search, typing in the search engine Ben and Wendy. And thank God, their Instagram account came up. I had just recently gotten myself an IG account. Glad I did.
