Does Olive & June Last My Performance Review
Okay, this polish totally lasts. With the O& J system, we consistently get about 5 days without noticeable chipping, but weve gotten closer to 8 days, no sweat.
We love that this is a harder, more structured finish. This polish was able to take more of a beating without chipping and held up for DAYZZZ. You can see day 5 looked almost as good as day one, less a tiny chip on Lisas thumb.

If you deal with weak nails that peel or have ridges or white spots, these 2 products are fantastic. My own nails are known to peel no matter what I do and using other brands nail polish always make them weak.
Ive been using the nail strengthener off and on over the past few months and love it. I noticed a difference in just the first application. Im not super regular at using it so my nails do still peel from time to time but Ive definitely noticed a difference in the strength of my nails.
I deal with too many ridges in my nails but if you do, they have a ridge filler but this is a great option to fill in gaps in your nails before painting them! It creates a perfect solid base for the perfect mani. It contains Vitamin E to condition the nail and Silica to fill in the gaps.

I dont actually paint my nails very often. Between the extra cost of choosing safer formulated options, and the time, along with my lifestyle thats more gardening than manicure I tend to just to pass on nails. Id rather just put the money elsewhere although there are an increasing number of good options, which I love.
But this summer my sister was staying with us and using press ons one night she had some left over and I put them on! They were kind of fun. But so long and I couldnt use my fingers and they popped off in a couple of days. My Final Thoughts Of Olive & Junes Press On Nails
Im OBSESSED! These definitely give Static Nails a run for their money. Olive & Junes nails are thicker and feel more durable than Static Nails, and many other glue on brands out there. Even though they are thicker they still looked seamless at the cuticle after six days of wear!
On day six a few of my nails started lifting. None came flying off though, so thats always a good sign.
I LOVE the shape. The short style is a tapered round so I didnt feel the need to reshape. All I had to do was file that little tab at the tip. I would consider the short length long for my nails but you could easily file them down to any length you prefer.
The only possible negative I can see is that the nails are pretty curved. If you have flat nail beds you may feel a little tender the first day. I read some review and some people mentioned they were painful. I have petty flat nail beds and did feel a little sore on my pinky, pointer, and thumb but I got used to it by the next day.
After six days, the design on the tips was a little worn but the glossy top coat still looked decent!

First, select your perfect nail fit. Make sure the nails arent digging into your skin and are the correct fit for every single finger. Next, prep your nails. Clip and file to your desired shape. Then buff your nails and follow it up with the included prep pad. Once thats done, use the cuticle pusher to get a great cuticle line to ensure a great press on fit. Next up, nail strengthener .
For short term wear, youll apply a thin strip of glue down the center of your natural nail, followed by a small spot of glue on either side. Place the nail on your nail and make sure it is straight. Press down and hold for 30 seconds.
For long term wear, apply one dot of glue to the back of the press on nail . Using the tip of the glue, spread it around so you have a super thin layer of glue all over the back of the nail. Next, do the same thing on your natural nail. Put a tiny dot of glue on your nail and push it around to spread the glue around your nail. Now wait 5 seconds before pressing the press on onto your nail. If you have any excess glue come out the sides, remove it with the cuticle pusher. Avoid getting nail glue on your skin if possible. And dont forget, always do your thumbs last and it will make application easier!
If you need to shorten your press on nails, make sure you clip them with clippers and only file if you need to. But FYI, plastic clips easier than nails, so be careful.
