I have been hooked on Chill Tips and thought I would try Static nails. First red flag: Took forever to ship. Received them almost 2 weeks after I ordered.Took them out of the package . They are flimsy and only 1 size. Too wide for my slim fingers. Chill tips have like 3 different sizes in a box and are easy to file like natural nails to get the shape you want. Honestly I Love How They Look When
Honestly I love how they look when they’re applied- they do look fantastic. However, even when I bought their specific remover and followed their instructions to a t, my nails are destroyed. I’m Happy With Static Nails
I am really surprised at all of the negative comments on this product. I have worn artificial nails for 30 years because I am unable to withstand the pain of a profession set, so I was really interested in any nail that could stay on and look good after 14 days. I ordeed 3 sets and I have loved each set. They are afforable when you consider that I was using a set per week of Kiss nails. I thought they were easy to apply and stayed for a full 14 days as advertised. The colors are beautiful and received each order within a week. My complaints are that they are not resusable if you leave on for 14 days.By that time, the nails are beginning to look pretty ragged. Also, after the first week, the nails begin to lift from the cuticle where your own nails are growing out. By the end of 14 days, the nails are starting to look like they just sit on top of your nail and look really fake so I change them out every 10-12 days.Over-all, I found Static nails to be exactly what they advertise and well worth the money.

Static Nails are much thinner than your old-school drugstore press on nails, which is a huge benefit. This makes them more comfortable to wear and more realistic-looking. While wearing them, several people asked me if I had gotten my nails done recently and were surprised when I told them that I did them myself with a pack of press-ons. They held up well through lots of hand-washing, typing, and cleaning.
In terms of durability, mine lasted about a week before I noticed a few nails coming loose, but that could also be due to the amount of glue I used. Which Press On Nails Are The Best
I have 2 brands that I LOVE out of all the ones I’ve tested. One is the Kiss Nails brand. You can find these all over drugstores and places like Target, Walmart and Ulta. They are everywhere. This brand also makes a type called Impress Nails but those ones are not my favorite. The Impress ones tend to pop up easier due to the adhesive and my hair gets stuck underneath a lot which I don’t love.
When I get Kiss Nails, I specifically get the ones without adhesive on them. They adhere to my nail better and lay flush to my nail bed which creates a more natural look and in my experience, lasts longer.
Another brand that I swear by is Static Nails. These ones are a little pricier than the Kiss Nails but I find they are a bit longer lasting. They also claim they can be re-worn if popped off correctly. I havenât tried that yet but I will update this when I do! They have an amazing color selection and look so natural! I purchased 2 polishes to try, Elle & Little Beach House and both chipped after 1 day. I used a base coat & finish with a gel like top coat and the polish did not last long without chipping. My Sally Hansen & Opi polishes work better for less than half the cost. Was hoping these would work but don’t waste your money.
