Its pretty obvious from the content of this blog that I love nail polish, and because of my blog I am often switching up the shades both for swatching purposes and because I have a trillion polishes to wear. One of my biggest beauty concerns is trying to keep my nails from peeling and cracking, which is exactly what OPI Nail Envy helps to do!

In addition to the regular, clear base coats, there are now four OPI Nail Envy Strength In Color tinted options that you can use on their own, or under another polish and I put my nails to work again to share OPI Nail Envy Bubble Bath*, Hawaiian Orchid*, Pink to Envy* and Samoan Sand* with you today.

Three of the shades in the OPI Nail Envy Strength In Color Collection are permanent polish options now available in the nail strengthening formula, and that includes OPI Nail Envy Bubble Bath. This is baby pink is milky and semi-sheer with 3 coats, although the formula is fairly even which is often an issue I have with similar shades. That said, in terms of which one Id reach for, I feel like the other shades are all slightly more flattering to my imperfect nails.

The only shade which is opaque is the OPI Nail Envy Hawaiian Orchid in two coats and its definitely my favourite from the OPI Nail Envy Strength In Color Collection. This pink mauve creme is a gorgeous shade that is easily wearable on its own so I will definitely be reaching for it when my nails need a break from more demanding polishes.

They have added delicate tinted color to the strengthening formula. Ive always had good luck with Nail Envy so the idea of having the strengthening formula and color together is fun! They range from sheer to completely pigmented so there is something for everyone.Infused with hydrolyzed wheat protein and calcium, the new Nail Envy Strength in Color delivers maximum strengthening aid to transform weak, brittle, damaged nails into stronger, longer, harder nails shining with bold, true-to-bottle color. Lets take a look.

OPI Nail Envy Pink to EnvyClear nail envy barely tinted with pink.Im showing two coats below with no top coat.Ive been using this shade the most, but as my base coat for other manis. The pink tint is so subtle that it doesnt affect the top color, but can also be worn alone for a fresh and healthy tone on a bare nail.

OPI Nail Envy Bubble BathA pink toned neutral crelly.Im showing three coats below without top coat.There were some streaks showing at 2 coats so I added a third to even it out. This is a nice natural look with more coverage than Pink to Envy. There is still visible nail line and Im not sure how many more coats would be needed to get rid of that.

Based on color alone these are decent picks for a Nail Envy set. It is convenient for those who use Nail Envy and want a little color with their nail strengthener. I dont think this is a bad concept at all and for those that use and love OPI Nail Envy, it would be nice to see this collection expanded into more shades, at least the core colors OPI offers.

I wish I could offer more for the treatment itself, but as I said, thats difficult for me to do since I dont have weak, brittle nails. I just dont feel my results would be accurate because of that.

I will say that because of the price tag I would skip Pink with Envy since I didnt really see much color added, so for that price if you have the original, you can skip Pink To Envy. The rest are a toss up. If you like Nail Envy but want to cut out a step and use Bubble Bath, Samoan Sand or Hawaiian Orchid as your mani color then this might be worth it.
