    Nail Wraps Compared To At

While I was at a family reunion one night, my niece was doing gel nails for all the girls, which was awesome.

They turned out great and they are wearing really well on my daughter.

It had to have taken DOUBLE the amount of time to do that gel nail thing vs the nail wraps because I did my color street set while they did theirs.

Yes, the gel thing is probably cheaper once you have the whole kit and are only buying the polish. But, yipes! The time!

Also, my daughter said it sting-d, I think after they put the top coat on.

A great finished product, just a lot of time. Id guess at least 1/3 an hour, and thats when someone else is painting your nails for you!

No ones nails lasted as long as the strips though, I find the strips to be much easier and longer lasting than at-home gel nails!

    Sales And Marketing Techniques

The most successful Stylists have a large social media following where they can demonstrate the products and sell to their audience. Hosting parties is another common thing that Stylists do to increase sales, and some host virtual parties through their social media channels. Allowing customers to see the products in action is the best thing that Stylists can do to increase their chances of making the sale.

    That Little Secret I Mentioned

Another issue people may have with trying to sell Color Street is that you can get the same exact product at Walmart and Ulta for less!

Fa Park owns the companies Incoco Nails and Coconut Nail Art.

Why deal with buying nail wraps through an Independent Stylist and having the hassle of paying and waiting for shipping when you can just run down to your local Walmart and get them when you need them for less?

BBB stands for Better Business Bureau, which is a good reference that whether a company is trustworthy or not. Color Street is not BBB accredited, and you could check their profile HERE.

I tend to trust companies with good BBB ratings like this one since it gives me more confidence to sell their products.

    Only 1 In 294 Makes Over $28k A Year

Even if you can sell and recruit more distributors into the MLM heres another hidden truth about Color Street

Your profit margins are pretty low!

Youre getting 25% commission from an $11 product.

That is less than $3 per sale.

You can make over $3.50 per sale if you sell enough in the month.

But, if you need $2,000 a month to quit your job then you need to sell 568 packs every month!

You can see in the Color Street income disclosure above that only 0.34% of all “Color Street Stylists” made over $2,314.73 per month.

In English that means that only 1 out of 294 members made more than $28k in 2018. Is that enough for you and your family to live off each year?

    History Of Color Street

Color Street got its start in a somewhat interesting way. Founder Fa Park was stuck on a bus in traffic in New York City. As he was observing his surroundings, he noticed a lady in a cab beside the bus attempting to paint her nails. She was struggling to paint her nails in the back of the cab, and Mr. Park thought that there had to be a better way than liquid nail polish.

He went right out and bought some nail polish and began to experiment with it. After countless attempts, he finally was able to create a polish strip where the top of the strip was dry, but the bottom was still wet enough to adhere to the nail. His creation was finally complete!

Mr. Park continued to tweak his product until it was perfect, and he was able to obtain a patent on his design. He began to create strips in many different colors and patterns, and all the companys products are made in the USA. While sales were doing quite well, Park realized that in order to truly realize his dream, he needed to employ a sales model that would allow his product to be demonstrated, explained, and admired by potential customers. Hence, the start of using the direct selling model within the company.

The companys revenue in 2018 was approximately $120 million. That was around an 800% increase from the prior year. Color Street also has around 1,100 full-time employees and many representatives, or Stylists, as they are called.

    Review Of Incoco Nail Strips

    Price: 6ish

Incoco nail strips are made by the same people who do Color Street. They have had them for sale for Walmart for years under the brand Incoco.

You can also get them at Sallys and at Ulta, as far as I hear.

They are actually the first nail strips I tried . I have also tried the stickers you can get at the dollar store. They lasted about a day.

I love the price and how easy it is to grab them at my local Walmart.

I have also ordered them online and picked them up in-store, as Walmart.com has a larger variety than my actual store.

Application is very easy. The strips are well made and the tabs come off easily.

Wear is good, but I did notice cracking on the lighter nail varieties. I think it was only noticeable to me but it is there. Really tiny cracks.

They also chip quite a lot on the ends. I am not easy on my nails, by any stretch of the imagination. I type a LOT and I also do dishes and clean quite a bit.

I also notice on these that my nail will snag on the area closest to my cuticle as these grow out. Its annoying.

These strips feel very smooth and polish-like though.

An absolute dream for someone who hates painting their nails .

    Is Color Street Worth It

How I sell my Color Street stock

We certainly think so. Theyre affordable, long-lasting, and the brand has a wide selection. Though more expensive than some other companies, we appreciate that theyre not made from plastic and outlast regular nail polish.

The fact that the strips are three layers, too, is pretty cool, and we love that you can layer them on top of polish or other strips for an artsy look.

All in all, the brand took an innovative approach to painting nailsand one that we appreciate. No more waiting for polish to dry or having to reapply in a couple of days. The option of a no-fuss nail application is one that we can get behind.

Why Try Color Street Nail Polish

I decided I wanted to try out Color Street nail polish for myself, so I ordered 4 colors . I bought from top to bottom London Calling, Tokyo Lights, Giza Sands and Miami Beach.

Note that in this picture it looks a bit like they dont match within each pack, but thats because the strips are facing slightly different ways, the top coat is pretty shiny so theyre reflecting the light a bit differently. The strips within each pack do match each other!

Best Polish Remover For Color Street

Color Street Nails are made from real nail polish and are easy to remove with your favorite nail polish remover.

My favorite polish remover is this nontoxic one I found on Amazon. 3 Crystal Nail Files

It takes a little getting used to because it is very oily.

I discovered if I file the top of my polished nail lightly with a nail file then use the remover to take off the polish it works the best.

I really like how it moisturizes your nails and cuticles, too.

Special Note: Using glass nail files are the best for your nails.

I got this set of 3 on Amazon. They make a great gift.

    The Details Of The Business

PoM: So it sounds like Color Street really changed your life. For those that dont know about Color Streets business model, direct marketing, can you explain how it works?

Rakelle Mullenix of CuteSlimHiker: With Color Street you are your own boss! There are parameters to operate within and there are ten different ways to earn money, but you decide how to run your business and where to focus.

There are people who are building their own empires and people who are a hobbyist and everything in between. Anyone can become a Color Street stylist. It doesnt require special skills, prior experience, or extensive training. Our nail fashion is easy to demonstrate and fun to sell! Some of the top stylists in the company have outpaced those who signed them up and that is the beauty of Color Street. You arent held back in any way. The product is fun, portable, and it really sells itself. Theres a lot of flexibility in day-to-day scheduling as well. I traveled a lot this summer and I still made money and built up my team.

This fall there are some exciting developments happening with Color Street and Ive been working on some initiatives. I worked with Purple PPL Media to produce a video that will be released this fall. I also attended the Color Street conference and met some phenomenal women and gained so much knowledge.

PoM: Thats awesome that men are involved too. So who are your customers and most popular clients?

Nail Polish Or Color Street Nail Strips

Pin by Meagan R. on nail designs

Overall, I am very impressed with Color Street! I am a self admitted nail polish addict, and Ill be stocking up on Color Street Nail Polish Strips. I dont think Ill be using them all the time, but theyll be finding a place in my regular manicure rotation. Given how well they have held up already, I cant wait to try them out when Im swimming in the pool every day this summer!

Pros: These are very long lasting, despite activities like working in a hospital, washing dishes and gardening. Theyre perfect for travel, no more carting along a collection of bottles! Just a small envelope of Color Streets and a polish remover wipe is all you need! No waiting for them to dry. The strips are 95% dry already. I wouldnt go wash my hair or put on gloves right after application, but you wont be able to smudge these. They take me roughly the same time as a regular polish manicure, but Im very fast with regular polish. I think they would be a bit faster and with less clean up for most people. Nail art designs are available.

Color Street Reviews: What Do Customers Think

Nail polish strips seem pretty straightforward, but we need to hear from customers to understand what theyre really like. Thats why in this section of our Color Street nails review, weve compiled the results of a thorough web search for helpful feedback. Youll find information about the brands quality and customer serviceto help you shop with confidence.

While its news to us, you may have heard of something called the Color Street Challenge. Its where you use the brands nail polish strips on two of your nails, and paint the rest with regular polish to see how they hold up.

A Color Street nails review on Splendry revealed the results of a few members after they accepted the challenge.

Overall, members had similar results, which sounded like, the glitter nails stayed on without chipping or peeling until I removed them two weeks after application. The painted nails chipped on the second day after application. Color Street out-performed regular polish!

Were there any issues? Not many, but a few members had issues with the Color Street application process.

One said, It took me a couple of attempts on different applications to really get the hang of how to get them applied. Others said that the tutorial video really helped and that after they figured it out it took about 10 seconds to apply.

    • 5 stars 81%
    • 2 stars 1%
    • 1 star 2%

All in all, wed say these strips are awesome. But what about the 3% who disliked them?

    Is Color Street A Scam

Technically no, Color Street is not a scam.

You can earn money from Color Street and they provide legit products that many people want.

Some people think all MLM programs are pyramid schemes or scams.

Whilst there is some truth in the fact that you can only make good money from recruiting more people into most MLM companies, there are certainly better MLM opportunities than others.

The rest of this Color Street review will expose the hidden truths so you can make an informed decision if its right for you or not.

Just to be fully transparent with you, I am not a distributor myself and I do not endorse Color Street in any way.

I have researched the website, testimonials and information on the Internet to get to the bottom of what this program genuinely does. This is because I have been burnt from programs just like this in the past and I want to prevent others from making the same mistakes.

    Top#2 Color Street Income Potential

The Color Street Income Disclosure 2020 told us many interesting numbers and the cold hard truth. Lets read them!

    • Stylists make $22.06 every month.
    • Bonus Qualified Stylists make $181.23 every month.
    • ONLY 0.37% of all Stylists make decent money every month.

Now, tell me, do you think making money with Color Street Stylist is easy or not? I guess NO!

You surely cant quit your 9-5 job by selling Color Street Nail Strips because its far from enough. Most of them are even under the minimum wage than a corporate job. You may start this business opportunity as a side hustle, not as your primary income source.

    What Is A Pyramid Scheme

How I Sell 50 Color Street Nail Sets in 1 Hour

A company that recruits members by promising them payment for recruiting more members.

If the company doesnt offer any products or services then it is a pyramid scheme and these are illegal in almost every country.

This is because its impossible for everyone to make money from the company. Just check out the Wikipedia diagram below

If you needed to recruit 6 members each to make money then after 13 levels the world has run out of people.

Color Street does offer a product that anyone can buy without needing to become a distributor.

Therefore, it technically is not a pyramid scheme.

However, it certainly still has signs of being a “pyramid scheme in disguise” because the only way you can make good money is by recruiting people.

This is explained in the short video below

Independent Stylist Accounts Can Be Terminated

Color Street will terminate your Stylist account if you cant get an Active status in at least 1 of 6 consecutive months.

You will be considered active within a calendar month by achieving BQ by making sales of at least $300 PV, as I discussed above.

With these things into consideration, joining Color Street only makes sense if youre confident that you can make at least $300 each month without fail, or in worst cases, at least once within 6 months.

Otherwise, theres no point in joining this company. Im sure you dont want to spend your time and money only to get terminated after six months.

Color Street allows the reactivation of terminated accounts by paying a $25 Reactivation Fee.
