Static Nails Reusable Glue On Manicure Review, Application & Comparison with Discount Code

I was seriously impressed with the strength of these nails and how natural they looked. I wore them for a total of 10 days, and a few of them popped off during this time, but I was able to re-apply them easily and just added some extra glue to ensure they stayed in place. The nails never felt like they were in the way, and I also loved the fact that the color doesn’t chip at all which is a huge issue whenever I get a manicure or do my own polish. For the cost and how long the nails last along with being reusable, I absolutely believe they are worth the cost .

Unfortunately Did Not Last

Static Nails Reusable Pop

I purchased 2 polishes to try, Elle & Little Beach House and both chipped after 1 day. I used a base coat & finish with a gel like top coat and the polish did not last long without chipping. My Sally Hansen & Opi polishes work better for less than half the cost. Was hoping these would work but don’t waste your money.

Why You Should Avoid Putting Acetone On Theskin

Static Nails Reusable Glue on Nails I Review, Wear Test, and How-to

When you end up with unwanted nail glue on your skin, theeasiest way to remove the glue is by using acetone or an acetone-based nailpolish remover. However, this can lead to a lot of unwanted problems that youmay suffer from in the long run. While removing nail polish or fake nails mayrequire acetone, you should avoid putting the chemical on your skin directly.

Skin that comes in direct contact with acetone can becomered and irritated. If this exposure is prolonged or you tend to reach for thebottle of acetone often when using fake nails, it can leave your skin dry andcracked. Also, though it has a minimal effect, the acetone can actually beabsorbed into your body through the skin.

Another important thing to consider is that exposure to acetone can actually burn your eyes, nose, and throat. If you use fake nails often, you may soak them in the substance to remove the nail, which causes you to inhale the fumes. If you breathe in these fumes for too long, you can experience headache, nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, or even confusion. In fact, if you frequent nail salons you have probably noticed that many technicians wear masks to avoid these unwanted fumes.

    Static Nails Review

Acetone Nail Polish remover is a lot more gentle and harsh then Acetone, but its formulated to help remove Nail Glue and Acrylic Nails. The Pure Vitality brandis fantastic and one in which I use regularly and recommend to all of my friends and colleagues. It also strengthens and moisturizes your nails at the same time so it has multiple uses.

    Removing Fake Nails Without Acetone

Now that you know a variety of safe ways to remove nail glue from skin, ways to protect your nails, and alternatives to your traditional acetone nail polish removers, its time to learn how to remove your fake nails safely. Many of our previously mentioned methods to remove nail glue from skin can also be beneficial when it comes to removing fake nails themselves. However, we will discuss a step by step way to remove your fake nails safely.

  • Begin by cutting your acrylic or fake nail to a smaller size. Having smaller nails can speed up the removal process. Also, the end of the fake nail is not attached to your physical nail and can easily be clipped away.
  • Use tweezers or an orange stick to pry the edges of the fake nail away from your natural nail. You should never forcefully remove your fakes because it can greatly damage your natural nails. However, if you have had the nails on for some time, you should be able to pry the edges away fairly easily.
  • Pour a small amount of your favorite acetone-free polish into a bowl or cup. You should put enough to submerge your nails, but you do not need it to be too deep.
  • After some time, you should feel the nail begin to slip away from your natural nail and it can easily be pulled off with tweezers. If some nails are still sticking in place, pry them away a little more and continue the soaking process. You should never force the nail off but continue to soak until they can easily be removed.
  • How To Remove Static Nails

After a while, the nails will pop off without damage. That is the way I would recommend taking them off. If you take them off too early and glue the crap out of them, they will be hard to rip off and could damage your real nail.

If you want to take them off early, soak them in as warm of water as you can stand. Then wiggle the nail back and forth. The nail will pop off when the right pressure is applied and the nail is ready to come off.

They recommend leaving the nail on for at least 4 days before trying to remove them for easy removal and for the least amount of damage.

Safe Ways To Safely Remove Nail Glue Fromthe Skin

Luckily for those who want to avoid extended acetone usageon the skin, there are several other methods that you can use to remove theglue. Many of the most effective ways use items you probably already havearound your home. Also, since many of these ways are more natural, you can evendo a couple of methods to see which works best for your needs to remove all ofthe glue.

Seven ways to remove nail glue from your skin are

Soak The Glue In A Soapy Water Mixture

A less invasive way to begin removing the nail glue fromyour skin is by giving your hand a soak in some nice, warm soapy water. Youwill simply need a bowl to complete the soak in, some warm water, and about a tablespoonof mild soap. You should soak your hand for around a minute, which will givethe glue time to soften and should allow it to be peeled away easily.

If you seem to still be struggling with the glue removal, you can use a nail file or buffer like the previous method. You can buff thearea slightly and soak your hands again for another minute in the mixture, thentry to remove it again. It may take a few attempts for you to remove the gluefully, but this is a very easy method.

For a more intensive soak, you can add some lemon juice to the mixture or even use lemon juice in the place of the water. The acid in the juice can help break down the glue more quickly. However, this can also be more damaging to your skin.

    My Personal Review And Thoughts

    How to apply Static Nails

My natural nails are pretty nice, but painting them with regular polish chips and I dont have the patience to let them dry. I have an at-home gel kit but those dont even last longer than a few days. I even feel like they are more damaging.

My personal favorite look on me is short, square nails. So I get the extra short length and the short length. You can cut and trim the nails if you dont like the shape or the length. Thats what I do with the short style. You can choose from 4 different lengths, different shapes, and many colors/designs. They even have a custom set if you want to do something of your own.

The website has a variety of sizes in each set so you can find one that fits your nails the best. If you need to, you can also file them to get the perfect fit if there is one that is almost there but not quite right.

I even wore them throughout my labor and they stayed on through it all!
