I Haven’t Received My Package Yet But
I haven’t received my package yet but this review is based on customer service alone. I ordered some products from kiara sky, shipping didn’t take that long but I never received my package, after it being “delivered”. I live in an apartment complex that has mail lockers that are supposed to be used by delivery companies, however FedEx doesn’t like to use them so they leave our packages out in the open. I honestly think fedex steals packages, because my packages from them rarely show up and they never have proof of delivery. Anyways, my package was stolen and since I got package protection, they replaced my order and shipped out a new one. Great customer service!

I have ordered from Kiara Sky a few times now and I am very happy with their quality of products and shipping during the time of covid in the US. Compared to several other nails supply companies I am impressed with their customer service! First experience I took a shot in the dark regarding an order I placed and they next day received an email regarding a sale, as the order was unfulfilled they refunded me for the sale amount of my order. Much appreciated!! Unfortunately, someone may have stolen my delivery of products when the post office left it. I had two very prompt email exchanges regarding my order and a replacement is on the way!i am not one to leave reviews but their attentiveness has motivated me.They Gelly tips had me hooked at the first try and their gel polishes are affordable with out skimping on salon grade quality. I see myself expanding my at home salon with a number of their products and plan to save up for their lamp and efile. Hopefully they add alcohol ink polishes as well.

- Its unnecessary to use lubricating agents on your drill. Typically, nail drills are built with self-lubricating bearings. Additional oil can generate too much heat which can wear down the machine & cause it to overheat.
- Never dip the nail drills handpiece into a disinfectant. Doing so will damage the interior motor, causing it to break or malfunction.
- Dont switch your drill to the other direction while it is still forwarding. Always switch it off before changing the direction to prevent damage.
- Use a fine cloth, microfiber, & soft brushes to remove dust & debris from small crevices in your device. When wiping it with a damp cloth, always make sure your drill is unplugged.
- Hold your device carefully & steadily without bending the handle. Keep track of the angle the drills cord is sitting.
- Always remove the drill bit from your drill when youre finished.
- Carefully ensure your bits are installed precisely to avoid loosening the drill stem.

My drill keeps adjusting its speed – is this normal?
This is completely normal! When your e-File is in use, the drill has a natural torque adjustment when pressure is applied to maintain RPM’s. The revving up and down is the torque adjusting to the speed which happens when you apply pressure from the drill bit to the nail/surface.
The E-File is still not spinning even though it’s powered on
Be sure to show the efile is in either Forward or Reverse. If you are in the neutral setting it will not spin.
My handle is getting so hot!
It’s completely normal to get hot after a few minutes of use as there is a working motor that spins inside, however it should not get too hot to use. If you feel that the drill is producing too much heat for you to be able to use it, fortunately your product is covered by a manufacturing warranty!
There is a burning sensation on my nail bed when using the drill!
If you are using the drill to remove an acrylic, please be advised that a speed too high may cause friction and a burning sensation. The same goes for when using it on your natural nail bed. A quick google search recommends 5-12 RPM near the cuticle and up to 25 RPM for acrylic or artificial applications. We recommend trying a new drill bit. It could be that the drill bit you are using is old or worn out and needs to be replaced.

I Placed An Order For Their Set A 17
I placed an order for their set a 17 nail drill bits. Within 24 hours I canceled the order because I realized I didnt need it. I received an email from the Customer Service telling me my order had been canceled and then I would receive my refund within 2 to 4 days. The next day I received an email saying that my package is on its way. I emailed Customer Service again asking why the package had been sent out even though they clearly told me the order had been canceled. I was really relying on getting my refund within 2 to 4 days. They told me to call the mail service to ask if they could track down the package and send it back to Kira sky. That is obviously not how delivery services work. Their customer service was extremely unhelpful and unwilling to give me my refund until I rejected the package and sent it back to them. This was completely their fault in a mistake made on their end and yet I am the one being asked to go through the work to get them their product back even though they told me it wasnt going to be sent at all. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEMAGAIN

Customer Service Ignoring Complaints
Customer Service for this company is awful. I ordered 6 items to be delivered internationally, so I paid for the shipping. It states that it can take up to 5-8 days for dispatch, but instead they took 2 weeks to actually dispatch me my items. After messaging via Instagram I got a generic message back telling me itll be dispatched in a few days. Then having chased again, I was told either the same day or following day for dispatch. It got to say 12, where I had to repeatedly chase, comment under posts etc to provoke a response. I was lied too several times and ignored, quite clearly as I could see my messages showing as Seen. 2 emails later to their customer service email, I got a refund with no explanation. Finally having got my items, I was missing an item and had to work out what I was refunded for myself. I was so excited to be able to purchase from Kiara Sky but they just seem like they simple dont care and dont bother communicating to their customers properly. I got a small apology for the delay and that was it. Its not good enough.Dont oversell and underdeliver. I wont be ordering again, I dont think.

It takes forever to ship! I got free shipping because I ordered over $100 dollars but honestly I wish I was given the option for expedited shipping, I wouldve paid. Looks like Im going to have to wait the full 8 days for them to even pack my stuff and get It to the post office .
