The topcoat covers ANY existing Essie polish, so unlike the Sally Hansen set, you only need this topcoat. I also suspect but it will probably work on top of ANY brand of normal nail polish. I freaking love China Glaze. For the price its by far my favorite brand. Its always smooth, never too thick, but very opaque and only takes 1-2 coats to get the coverage you need. It dries quickly which is nice too!
