We wanted to start our own salon after working many years for others. My sisters are a very talented technician our customers love their work! They love our work so much that they posted over 100 Yelp reviews within the first 12 months of our business starting. Our business is doing well due to how we treat our customers. We feel that by treating our customers to the best of our ability, our business will succeed on its own. We provide a clean and relaxing environment for our customers.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?Initially, it started out slow in the first few months. We didnt have a customer base when we started the nail salon. As we gained new customers and they spread words to their friends of our business, everything fell into place.
